Imaris Namespace Reference
Detailed Description
The main purpose of the Bitplane Imaris Type Library is image data exchange between Imaris and other applications. Image data can be image raw data with voxel or color description but can also be meta data such as segmentation results (coordinates of surfaces, spots, tracks, etc.). Only a secondary purpose is the "remote control" of user interfaces. The direct interactivity of image data and the user is implemented inside Imaris and in general not exported. Imaris and its COM interface isn't an image processing library but more an image visualization and analysis application with the ability to exchange results.
The program samples are written in Matlab.
Note: Index counting for all arguments in this interface starts with 0.
