Bitplane, the world’s leading interactive 3D and 4D image visualization and analysis software company, will be supporting the Fourth Charleston Workshop on Light Microscopy for the Biosciences at the Medical University of South Carolina, USA, from Sunday 24th to Friday 29th June 2012.
The Charleston Workshop on Light Microscopy for the Biosciences (LMB) Workshop provides a solid introduction to the concepts and practical applications of light microscopy relevant to modern cell and molecular biology. Students will have opportunities for extensive hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment for optical imaging, digital image processing, and fluorescence and confocal/multiphoton microscopy guided by experienced academic and commercial faculty.
At this course Bitplane will showcase the latest version of Imaris. Imaris is Bitplane’s core software module that delivers all the necessary functionality for data visualization, analysis, segmentation and interpretation of 3D and 4D microscopy datasets. Combining speed, precision and ease of use Imaris provides a complete set of features for working with three and four-dimensional multi-channel images of any size.
